What sizes do your cushion covers come in? Most of our covers come in 45×45cm and 50×50cm — the two most common sofa cushion sizes in the UK and Canada. We also carry a 30×50cm lumbar size. Check each product listing for available sizes.

What's the difference between "Cover only" and "With Insert"? "Cover only" means you receive just the cushion cover -  ideal if you already have cushion pads at home. "With Insert" includes the inner cushion pad so it's ready to use straight away.

How do I know which size to choose? Measure your existing cushion pad. For a full, plump look, choose a cover the same size as your pad or 2–3cm smaller. Going up a size gives a flatter, more relaxed look.

Where do you ship to? We currently ship to the UK and Canada. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders  -  check our shipping policy for the current threshold.

How long does delivery take? UK: typically 3–7 business days. Canada: 7–14 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

How do I care for my cushion cover? We recommend spot cleaning where possible. If machine washing, use a gentle cool cycle (30°C or below) and reshape while damp. Do not tumble dry.

Can I return my order? Yes. We offer returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition. Please email info@fibahomes.com to start the process.
