Fiba Homes Return Policy
At Fiba Homes, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our cushion covers and home décor items. However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
- Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.
How to Return
- Contact Us at [support@fibahomes.com] with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll gladly exchange it. Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
